Users can map their favorite golf courses

ParPilot has been online for a week now and we would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for taking an interest and for sending suggestions and comments. Please keep them coming! The golf mapping tutorial is online, and the map editor is available for all users. This means that if you can find your golf course on Google Maps, you can make your course available for use within the ParPilot app.

By mapping the course with the map editor, you automatically store the relevant positioning information needed to play on it and our software automatically generates images that will be downloaded to your smartphone, PDA or even to your Android tablet computer whenever you want to play on your own mapped golf course.

Since we offer this service free of charge and intend to keep it that way, we would very much like for our users to take initiative and map their favorite golf courses. In the future we will reward those who have contributed in the success of ParPilot with extra features and we also intend to make it possible to personalize your maps. Wouldn't it be nice if you could have your personal notes available on your smartphone as well?
